What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can support users, troubleshoot ICT issues, manage accurate records, and contribute to reliable office operations while continuing to grow in IT support, systems administration, and AI operations.

I've supported office operations, beneficiary data, records, and ICT troubleshooting as an Administrator at St. Joseph Ithuteng Campaign.

Previously, I delivered customer service and managed registrations, documentation, correspondence, and confidential customer records at Gauteng City College.

My education-sector experience includes administrative support at Siyabonga Secondary School, where I managed data capture, prepared audit-ready documents, and supported school operations through SASAMS. I also assisted teachers with classroom setup, learner records, assessments, and daily administration.

I'm currently studying Information Technology Support and have completed training in technical support, networking, database administration, information security, and production AI agent deployment.
