What I'm looking for
I’m an Advanced Technician in International Trade (Bilingual) with a background in global markets and cross-border operations, strengthened by experience as a Spanish interpreter. I bring native-level Spanish and English, with strong cross-cultural communication skills and a clear understanding of international business processes.
Since 2025, I’ve worked as a Spanish Interpreter at Organica Interpreter Corp., facilitating accurate and confidential oral communication between Spanish and English speakers. I provide interpretation in legal, social, healthcare, and customer service settings while ensuring terminological accuracy and consistency.
Before that, I supported international customers as a Customer Service Specialist at Foundever (2022–2023) and Teleperformance (2021–2022). I handled account inquiries, transactions, disputes, and issues related to orders, deliveries, and returns—always ensuring accurate documentation, compliance, and high satisfaction.
