I've spent 16 years building and running Textile Exchange's data and technology function, supporting one of the sector's largest certification ecosystems across eight international standards, 34 certification bodies, 60,000+ certified sites and 1.2 million certified transactions annually.
I led a team of 70 and multimillion-dollar budgets while setting assurance data strategy, enterprise data governance and a digital roadmap. I delivered certification and traceability platforms, unified Salesforce, Azure and Higher Logic data across 60,000+ organisations, and reduced 850,000 records to 80,000 unique verified sites through a global entity identification system.
I work from process first, with technology as the enabler. My work spans traceability, assurance, reporting, AI, geospatial systems, analytics and emerging EU requirements including DPP, ESPR, EUDR and ESG reporting.
Now I provide independent advisory on data strategy, governance, traceability and digital transformation, helping organisations turn fragmented operational data into trusted enterprise capability and practical roadmaps.
