What I'm looking for

I seek leadership roles in ICT and digital transformation where I can drive inclusive, secure public-sector systems, scale impact, and support cross-sector collaboration.

I am a Strategic ICT leader with over 15 years of experience delivering scalable technology solutions in humanitarian and government contexts. I lead multidisciplinary teams to design and implement systems that are inclusive, secure, and future-ready.

At WFP Zimbabwe I developed and executed the ICT Strategy and Roadmap (2022–2026), led the SCOPE implementation registering over 8 million beneficiaries, and delivered automation and integration projects that produced measurable cost savings and operational efficiencies.

I am a Certified Data Protection Officer who has led privacy impact assessments, secure data-sharing agreements with government partners, and the deployment of platforms like NEST to strengthen data privacy and compliance. I also secured tested disaster recovery plans across country offices to ensure business continuity.
