Throughout my career, I have worked with various organizations, including DewCis Solutions, where I provided support to SME clients as part of a helpdesk technical team. My responsibilities included assisting system users, configuring hardware and software, and training client employees on their office systems. I have also gained valuable experience in network monitoring and support, as well as virtual machine management, which has further enhanced my technical expertise.
