What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my consumer lending, banking operations, fraud prevention, compliance, and technical support experience in a high-volume environment where I can improve member service, solve complex issues, and continue developing professionally.

At Lending Solutions, I support members of more than 100 credit unions and financial institutions across consumer lending, loan servicing, electronic payments, online banking, and fraud prevention.

I've handled auto, personal, mortgage, and credit card payments; researched payment discrepancies; verified identities; and maintained PCI-DSS, GLBA, FDCPA, and FCRA compliance. Previously, I supported USAA Federal Savings Bank members with loan applications, servicing, payment processing, and account maintenance using Salesforce CRM and LoanServ.

I also bring hands-on technical support knowledge backed by CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ certifications, along with leadership experience coaching production teams and improving operational processes.
