At Zoala, I own the roadmap and prioritization for Zoala and EVE & AI, mental-wellness platforms serving 20 schools and 8 enterprise clients across Asia.

I translate user data and customer feedback into PRDs, specifications, user stories, and prioritized backlogs. I run Agile sprints in Jira with Engineering, Design, and AI teams, use Amplitude to identify engagement opportunities, and partner with Marketing on launches and feature adoption.

I was promoted from Partner Success, where I led support for 28 partner organisations, mentored a team of three, and standardized onboarding and reporting. My psychology background and qualitative research experience strengthen how I listen to users and build health and edtech products around their needs.
