What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Junior Product Manager role where I can understand business needs, define product requirements, improve product quality, and work across teams to deliver practical solutions and a positive client experience.

At MindHive Asia, I coordinated requirements, onboarding, and setup for three AI-powered B2B ERP client projects through UAT sign-off.

I also developed B2B sales process documentation in Obsidian and QA-tested releases, working with GTM and engineering to resolve bugs, inconsistencies, and edge cases.

At Boostorder Sdn. Bhd, I led a design system migration across 15+ product modules and designed high-fidelity mockups for new features and improvements. I also identified 80+ UI/UX issues in staging, contributing to a 30% decrease in user interface bugs after they were resolved with the development team.
