What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a forward-thinking organization where I can grow in ICT support—managing ITSM tickets, supporting Microsoft 365/D365 users, and improving helpdesk processes—while bringing strong customer service and administrative coordination to the team.

I’m an ICT Support Helpdesk Coordinator focused on delivering reliable first-line support. I handle diagnostics and resolve software, hardware, and network-related issues while keeping service delivery aligned to SLA expectations.

In my current role, I log, track, and manage helpdesk tickets using ITSM tools, support users across Microsoft 365 and D365, and coordinate helpdesk operations across multiple departments. I also compile and monitor daily reports for Business Applications/IoT, ICT Support, and PRP Support, and I conduct helpdesk training sessions to improve team capabilities and service delivery.

Before moving deeper into IT, I built strong operational foundations through hospitality and administration, including cooking in a fast-paced kitchen and supporting reception, events, and catering. I’ve also contributed to HR Transformation work, supporting bursaries, learnerships, BBBEE equity initiatives, and employee training programs—so I bring both customer-facing focus and structured process thinking.
