I'm leading an operational turnaround at Smokey House Restaurant and Law of Luxury Event Centre in Abuja, restructuring workforce, systems, and revenue strategy to restore profitability. Within three months, I increased monthly gross profit by 96%, from ₦28M to ₦55M, through operational redesign, cost management, and higher-margin offerings.

I've launched new ventures including a continental food truck and commercial football pitch, taking them from concept and sourcing through staffing and rollout. I also led supplier negotiations in China, redesigned food and beverage offerings using customer demand and cost analysis, and built operational systems for training, payroll coordination, performance, and accountability.

Previously, at BMW MINI Plant in Oxford, I supported HR operations for a 4,000+ workforce, using SAP and Power BI to analyse workforce data and create dashboards for leadership. At Salesera UK, I led LinkedIn recruitment campaigns that filled 100+ roles in two months and reduced time-to-hire by 30%.
