I coordinate the operational work of a dark store at Ozon Fresh: receiving, storing, picking, and shipping orders. I manage a shift of 3–6 employees plus 10 couriers and maintain stable operations during peak loads.

I ensure KPI and SLA compliance while processing up to 700 orders per shift, and up to 1,200 during peak periods. I use Grafana, Jira, and internal accounting systems to monitor metrics, analyze deviations, and resolve operational issues.

At Ozon Fresh, I initiated changes in order picking that reduced average order assembly time by 26% — from 23 to 17 seconds. Previously, at Azbuka Vkusa, I coordinated VIP and express orders, and providing the team with access to Yandex Delivery monitoring increased response speed to deviations by 30%.

My experience also includes onboarding partners at Yandex and coordinating e-commerce logistics at Crocus Group. I am drawn to tasks involving shift management, user support, incident analysis, and delivery process improvement.
