What I'm looking for
I’m a hospitality supervisor focused on enhancing work efficiency with “total honesty” while ensuring organizational goal attainment. I’ve worked across hotel operations—rooms, bar, lounge, kitchen, and front desk—building strong routines around discipline, service standards, and daily accountability.
In my supervisor roles, I act as the manager’s representative on shift, enforce company SOPs, dress code, and service quality, and escalate issues promptly. I manage daily sales collection, accurate recording and submission, routine stock-taking and reconciliation, and supervise permanent, casual, and ad-hoc staff—coaching them on service delivery and accountability while supporting ongoing training for the F&B department. Earlier experience as an event management decorator and my hands-on skills in installation and research add a detail-oriented, problem-solving edge to how I run shifts.
