What I'm looking for
For the past 15+ years, I’ve helped organizations solve a “clarity problem” by uncovering what makes them different—and turning that into brands, positioning, messaging, and marketing strategies people actually care about. I lead research, facilitate executive workshops, and guide leadership teams through the hard questions that unlock growth.
As Head of Brand & Marketing Strategy/Founder at EKE Strategies, I advise founders and leadership teams on brand architecture, positioning, and integrated go-to-market strategy. I run strategic workshops to align stakeholders and translate insight into actionable messaging and growth roadmaps, and I also built and operate a challenger e-commerce coffee brand from zero—owning end-to-end execution across brand, product, e-commerce, operations, and growth marketing.
Earlier roles include Director of Research & Strategy at BrandBossHQ and Director of Strategy at Cronin, where I led messaging, creative, media, sales efforts, social outreach, and product/service development. I’ve also directed brands, messaging, and promotions at Sinclair Broadcast Group—launching positioning and sub-brands, developing media plans and buys across channels, and cultivating PR, events, and community outreach.
