At LeoVegas Group, I managed end-to-end onboarding and offboarding for more than 100 employees annually while maintaining HR data, documentation, and compliance across HiBob and Workday.

I led workplace projects including the launch of a second office supporting over 150 employees, partnering with Payroll, Finance, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve operational efficiency. I also coordinated employee engagement, recognition, and wellbeing initiatives in an international environment.

Previously at RAW iGaming, I managed contracts, benefits, payroll inputs, immigration support, HR records in Personio, and recruitment coordination during rapid growth of the Spanish office. I served as a primary HR contact for employees and supported scalable people and business operations.

My earlier experience supporting executive leadership at IDBO Consultants and Siemens Healthineers strengthened my project coordination, stakeholder management, discretion, and ability to keep complex operations moving.
