Coordinated the order cycle for key accounts including intake, tracking, invoicing, and delivery logistics. Managed relationships with international suppliers and product documentation, coordinating deadlines across internal and external teams.

Performed clerical duties and supported library operations.

Coordinated with freight agents, shipping lines, and customs for export documentation and logistics.

Earned a Licenciatura en Comercio Internacional, equivalent to a Bachelor's in International Business.

Completed a specialization in Accounting and Global Studies from 2017 to 2018.

Holds the SHRM-CP certification.

Certified as an Emergenetics Associate.
