What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fully remote, async-first role with global collaboration, where I can own complex full-stack work, lead and mentor engineers, and contribute across PHP/Laravel, React, Go, and Python systems.

I've spent 20+ years building production web systems end-to-end, most recently leading 5–8 engineers at PT. Klik Digital Sinergi across PHP/Laravel applications and Java/Spring Boot enterprise systems. I architected RESTful microservices that improved scalability by 40% and cut p95 response times in half.

Across PT. Infomedia Nusantara, PT. Kuantum Bisnis Solusi, and earlier GIS work, I've shipped high-traffic CMS, e-commerce, finance, telco, and government systems using PHP, React, Go, Python, and PostgreSQL.
