I’m looking for a senior role where I can lead full-stack delivery, optimize backend performance, and integrate AI features—while partnering closely with product and design to translate complex requirements into reliable, high-impact systems.

I’m a Senior Software Engineer with over 9+ years of experience architecting scalable full-stack applications for global clients across Australia, Singapore, and Indonesia. I build clean, maintainable, and scalable code in the modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystem, using a language-agnostic approach supported by Python and Golang.

In my current role, I drive full-stack development for the Halal Finder App, serving 12,500+ global users and delivering scalable backend APIs with NestJS alongside Next.js/ReactJS UIs. I also engineered an AI-driven Ingredients Scanner, leveraging Ollama (Qwen) and the Gemini API—processing 200+ daily scans—to automate halal product identification.

I’ve optimized backend performance on massive datasets (4M+ products), reducing latency through query optimization and caching, and I established automated health checkers to maintain high availability. I’ve also built web scraping systems with Python and Selenium to autonomously extract and aggregate critical product data from major Australian retailers, expanding the application’s database.

Earlier, I progressed from Senior Software Developer to Dev Team Lead, managing and mentoring an agile team of 5 engineers and delivering multiple enterprise web applications.
