What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own high-volume administrative support, coordinate schedules and meeting logistics, and support multi-channel marketing or client services with privacy-compliant, detail-driven operations.

I bring an operations-minded approach to executive support, backed by a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) with a Marketing specialization and Computer Information Systems. I’m at my best when coordinating complex schedules, keeping high-volume processes organized, and helping teams move faster with clear follow-through.

As an Executive Assistant (Part time/ hybrid) to the Vice President at University of Windsor- Enactus, I managed complex schedules, large volumes of information, and daily operational needs. I coordinated Outlook calendars, handled travel planning, meeting logistics, and ensured timely submission of expense reports on behalf of the Vice President.

I also strengthen client and stakeholder-facing environments. In my Administrative Assistant (On call) role with Providence Catholic School Board, I was the first point of contact for parents, staff, and administrators while maintaining 500+ student records in full compliance with privacy regulations; I also supported school budgets and processed invoices.

Beyond administration, I’ve delivered targeted program and growth support—assisting clients as an Immigration Program Officer, and driving multi-channel ecommerce visibility as a Marketing Coordinator (Amazon, Walmart, and eBay). Through UNDP (HIV, Health and Development Unit) online volunteering, I conducted desk research and literature reviews and used Zotero to manage references and ensure accurate citations aligned with UNDP standards.
