What I'm looking for

I seek a senior operational leadership role where I can drive process improvement, strategic partnerships, and measurable growth in a collaborative, performance-focused organization.

I am an accomplished operational executive with deep experience in telecommunications and large-scale project delivery, having progressed from Project Manager to CEO at Glocorp and delivered measurable growth and operational improvement.

My leadership produced a 60% increase in market share and significant revenue growth through strategic partnerships, process implementation, and cost-saving systems. I have overseen teams of up to 90 staff and managed annual turnovers in the multi-million rand range.

After relocating to Panama in 2020, I founded and operated a successful beauty clinic, handling full business setup, digital marketing, staff management and eventual sale in 2024; I then invested in property development projects, leading design and construction oversight.

I return to South Africa in 2025 seeking to apply proven operational management, project execution and leadership skills to a corporate environment that values strategic thinking, process improvement and strong client relationships.
