What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a collections/customer service role where I can own LATAM portfolio performance and DSO results, lead and coach teams through KPI-driven execution, and partner cross-functionally to strengthen cash flow, SLA compliance, and dispute handling.

I’m a Regional Collections & Customer Service Leader with 6+ years of experience managing LATAM portfolios across Spanish-, English-, and Portuguese-speaking markets. I’m known for delivering consistent, KPI-driven results in high-volume, client-facing environments—especially in DSO reduction, cash recovery, and dispute resolution.

As a Collections Team Lead (LATAM) at Accenture Costa Rica, I lead LATAM collections operations and own portfolio performance and DSO results across multiple markets. I drive daily execution through KPI tracking, performance reviews, and targeted coaching, while serving as the primary client contact for SLA compliance, escalations, and end-to-end collections activities including payment plans, disputes, and reconciliations.

Previously, as a Collections Specialist / Analyst (Portuguese Portfolio), I managed complex client portfolios and worked cross-functionally with Billing, Credit, and Operations to reduce aging receivables and improve cash predictability. I also strengthen capability beyond collections through Founder English Lab—building agents’ business English and client communication—and through my background as an ESL Instructor (Adults) and Mentor & Trainer for onboarding, performance ramp-up, and soft-skills development.
