What I'm looking for
I’m a Regional Collections & Customer Service Leader with 6+ years of experience managing LATAM portfolios across Spanish-, English-, and Portuguese-speaking markets. I’m known for delivering consistent, KPI-driven results in high-volume, client-facing environments—especially in DSO reduction, cash recovery, and dispute resolution.
As a Collections Team Lead (LATAM) at Accenture Costa Rica, I lead LATAM collections operations and own portfolio performance and DSO results across multiple markets. I drive daily execution through KPI tracking, performance reviews, and targeted coaching, while serving as the primary client contact for SLA compliance, escalations, and end-to-end collections activities including payment plans, disputes, and reconciliations.
