I’m a self-driven insurance and reinsurance professional with a proven ability to develop and innovate new ideas. I’m motivated by roles where “the sky is not the limit,” where I’m given significant autonomy to achieve goals and where creative, out-of-the-box solutions help empower the nation economically and socially.

At Hollard Insurance Company Botswana, I work as a Key Account Manager in business development, managing “20 plus insurance brokers and agent” and “P80 million plus book” from broker channels. I train broker partners on products, produce underwriting quotations, chase renewals and new business, and turn strategy into actionable targets—supported by weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting.

Previously, as Head of Department – Facultative Reinsurance Division at Aon Botswana, I was responsible for setting up and scaling the reinsurance division while handling commercial and corporate clients. I managed relationships with local and international insurers and reinsurers, placed facultative reinsurance and retrocessions, prepared quotations, and led system induction and training—building capability while growing revenue. My foundation includes Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) education at UNISA and hands-on experience across corporate insurance, claims processing, and accounts operations using systems such as Oracle financials.
