I am an accounting and finance professional with hands-on experience in accounts payable, reconciliations, auditing, and team supervision. I combine a strong work ethic with quick learning ability to deliver accurate, timely financial work.

At Choppies Botswana I reconcile vendor statements monthly, process high volumes of accounts payable with over 90% accuracy, and use Oracle, Tally and Excel to detect anomalies, trends and exceptions. During an audit internship at Forvis - Mazars I performed substantive testing, reconciled discrepancies and identified management letter points that led to accepted remediation plans.

Previously I supervised a team of 30+ instant insurance agents at Alpha Direct Insurance, improving conversion and retention through coaching, performance reviews and data-driven process changes. I have certificated training in short-term insurance and banking, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Banking and Finance.

I am highly adaptable, proactive, and eager to apply my technical skills in Oracle, Tally, Excel and Power BI to support a progressive organization's financial operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
