I’m looking for an organization that gives staff autonomy in how they achieve goals, thinks out of the box for creative solutions, and offers space to grow—so I can drive insurance/reinsurance business development and risk-focused results.

I’m a Motswana insurance professional who builds growth through broker and direct-client relationships, product innovation, and performance reporting. I lead with a self-driven, open-minded approach—focused on turning ideas into practical outcomes that empower organizations and, in my words, “the nation economically and socially.”

At Hollard Insurance Company Botswana, I work as a Key Account Manager- Business Development, managing 15+ insurance brokers and agents, providing product training, producing underwriting quotations, and chasing renewals and new business. I also set monthly targets, supervise subordinates, and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports to the Head of sales.

Previously, I served as Head of Department - Facultative Reinsurance Division at Aon Botswana, where I handled commercial and corporate clients and provided technical expertise in reinsurance broking, placing of facultative reinsurance, placing of retrocessions, and quotation preparations. Earlier roles across corporate insurance and claims strengthened my end-to-end understanding of underwriting, tender processing, claims processing, and risk exposures, backed by my Post Graduate Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) training and multiple insurance qualifications.
