Responsible for the overall success of the operations and policy of Exclusive with the support of the rest of the management team. Ensured compliance with regulators’ requirements and developed strategies to boost sales and profits.

Ensured the financial health of the company through provision of timely and accurate financial reports to senior management and board of directors to aid decision making. Also responsible for the day to day financial operations of the company through supervision and coordination of the whole accounting function.

Provided financial information to management by ensuring timely and accurate capturing of transactions in the accounting system, account reconciliations and preparing financial reports. Maintained the company ledger and assisted in annual financial statements.

Managed the bank’s collections from source for scheme loans by ensuring deduction schedules were sent out to companies on time to facilitate deductions from employee salaries. Ensured correct allocation to individual customer accounts and followed up on non-payments.

Responsible for daily reconciliation of foreign exchange transactions for major currencies and advising on discrepancies. Also doubled as accounts payable officer responsible for payment of supplier invoices and carrying out associated accounts reconciliations.

Attached to Kingsway Pty (Ltd) which provides company secretarial services to BDO clientele. Responsibilities included preparing and filling company annual returns, appointment and resignation of directors, and drafting different resolutions.

Admitted as an Associate Member of the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Insurance Institute of South Africa. Also attained a Diploma in Insurance qualification through Ba Isago University.

Obtained a Master of Science degree in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence, focusing on leveraging technological advancements to enhance business operations and strategic decision-making.

Admitted as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Completed CIMA final level (T4B) in 2014.
