I've supported IT systems, user access, incident resolution, and data reporting across Kenya's public-sector and insurance environments, including the Policyholders Compensation Fund, Ministry of Education, and Invesco Assurance Company.
At PCF, I administered Windows and Linux environments, managed secure account provisioning, monitored infrastructure, and supported SQL- and Excel-based reporting while maintaining data integrity.
I'm also building practical solutions independently, including a Django portfolio website and an automated financial risk and solvency scoring framework grounded in mathematics and statistics. I'm currently pursuing an MS in Management Science (Finance).
