What I'm looking for
I am a results-oriented Regional Programs Manager with over eight years of progressive experience designing and strengthening Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) systems across multi-country humanitarian and international development programs in Africa. I specialise in integrated MEL frameworks, theory of change development, impact evaluation design, and KPI measurement to support evidence-based decision-making.
I have led complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives aligned with UN and INGO funding systems, embedding data governance, data quality assurance, organisational learning, and knowledge management into project lifecycles. I build dashboards and leverage data analytics tools to surface performance trends and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
I am committed to equity-driven, context-sensitive approaches that centre Global South priorities, with sector experience spanning public health, food security, livelihoods, and climate resilience.
