I seek remote or hybrid roles where I can lead M&E, improve data-to-decision pipelines, mentor teams, and contribute to public-health program impact.

I am a data-driven Monitoring & Evaluation specialist with 15+ years managing end-to-end project cycles for UN agencies, USAID, World Vision, AMREF and ChildFund, with proven remote-work delivery across survey design, database development and GIS dashboards. I have led large multi-district baselines, developed DHIS2 indicators, authored peer-reviewed abstracts, and secured donor funding through proposal writing.

I design ODK/KOBO tools and pipelines to Power BI, build SPSS/Epi‑Info databases, and deliver sex-disaggregated baseline, midline and endline evaluations on time and on budget. I emphasize data quality and rapid decision-making — e.g., cutting data-to-decision time from six weeks to ten days and developing a GIS layer adopted by Kenya MOH.
