What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead MEL, sustainable agriculture, climate resilience, and data-driven programs where I can strengthen systems, build team capacity, support donor reporting, and translate evidence into lasting outcomes for smallholder farmers.

I lead monitoring, evaluation, and learning across Sustainable Agriculture Network programs, coordinating results tracking, data quality, reporting, and organizational learning for 34 member organizations. I turn monitoring data into clear narratives and visual insights while strengthening MEL capacity across members and stakeholders.

Previously, I built MEL systems for USAID-funded programs at Sustainable Agriculture Foundation in Africa, including a $15 million Seeds2B program tracking 2 million farmers, and restructured Smartsheet data flows across five countries to reduce paperwork by 95%. My work spans sustainable agriculture, climate resilience, donor reporting, research, and project delivery with organizations including World Vegetable Center, Biovision Africa Trust, ICIPE, and AERC.
