I am looking for a role that values ethical research practices and offers opportunities for professional growth in M&E.

I am a results-driven Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) professional with over six years of experience leading MERL initiatives across various development programs. My expertise lies in both qualitative and quantitative research methods, and I am skilled in participatory tools, data analysis, and M&E framework development. I have a proven track record of conducting fieldwork in fragile and conflict-affected settings, focusing on critical areas such as education, sexual and reproductive health rights (SRHR), gender-based violence (GBV), and livelihoods.

My academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science and I am currently pursuing a Master’s degree at Maseno University. I have also obtained certifications in M&E and Data Quality Audit, Research Techniques, and Machine Learning.
