What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a mission-driven role where I can lead cross-sector MEL design, strengthen data systems, and translate evidence into adaptive programme decisions, with strong Accountability to Affected Populations and real impact for vulnerable communities.

I’m a results-driven Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Specialist with 10 years of progressive experience designing and implementing MEL frameworks for complex multi-sector humanitarian and development programmes.

I build end-to-end FSL MEL systems (including cash and voucher assistance, food distribution tracking, livelihood grant assessments, and market price monitoring) and strengthen WASH MEL tools such as KAP surveys, water point functionality monitoring, and sanitation coverage tracking—always with gender-disaggregated data and adaptive decision-making.

In leadership roles, I’ve designed integrated MEL approaches across 4 ASAL counties as Head of MEAL at Action Against Hunger, and led organisation-wide FSL MEL strategy and annual M&E work plans across 9 countries with MedGlobal—harmonising indicators, tools, and reporting systems for EU, USAID, and ECHO.

I also drive data systems strengthening and evidence generation—building Power BI dashboards for real-time visibility and automating data quality checks in R to reduce time from collection to information products, while embedding Accountability to Affected Populations through CFM mechanisms.
