What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead MEL/MERL and evidence-to-action strategies for multi-country health programmes—building learning systems, digital HMIS/MIS, and capable teams that produce policy-ready recommendations in complex, fragile settings.

I’m a Senior Research, Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) leader with over 20 years of experience driving multi-country health and development programmes across Sub-Saharan Africa. I shape organizational research and learning strategies, design robust M&E systems, and lead high-impact evaluations that inform adaptive programming, policy influence, and sustainable scale.

I lead strategic programme design and executive oversight for complex, multi-stakeholder portfolios—translating real-world evidence into decision-ready insights. I align research agendas with Theory of Change frameworks, build implementation science and impact evaluation approaches (including RCTs, quasi-experimental studies, and mixed-methods evaluations), and ensure donor reporting is high-quality, compliant, and actionable.

I also specialize in technology-enabled data systems and capacity building, including Management Information Systems (MIS), HMIS oversight, and health information systems such as DHIS2. I’ve strengthened community health systems and learning cultures, institutionalized data quality assurance mechanisms, and built partner and staff capability—driving measurable outcomes like a 300% revenue growth in laboratory services and mobilizing significant donor funding through evidence-driven proposals and thought leadership.
