What I'm looking for

I am seeking MEL or data roles where I can apply rigorous analysis, build dashboards and systems, support evidence-driven program decisions, and grow in humanitarian and health-sector evaluations.

I am a monitoring, evaluation, learning and research professional with 3+ years of experience across data analysis, health information systems, and humanitarian contexts. I apply advanced analytical tools including R, Power BI, and R-Shiny to transform data into actionable insights.

My background includes designing M&E frameworks, third-party monitoring, and OECD-DAC-aligned evaluations for projects across East Africa and multiple fragile contexts. I have led quantitative analysis for program evaluations and built interactive dashboards tracking 10,000+ contacts for real-time decision-making.

I have hands-on field and research experience in health and humanitarian programs, including EMR/DHIS2 management, survey design and implementation, and qualitative methods such as FGDs and KIIs. I am experienced in sampling methodologies and ethical research protocols.

I am based in Nairobi, open to travel within East Africa and remote roles, and bring strong stakeholder management, report writing, and visualization skills to support evidence-based program improvement.
