What I'm looking for

I want to keep building execution-focused programs and product roadmaps, partnering across product/technical teams. I’m looking for a mission-driven environment where founders or users get measurable outcomes, mentorship, and strong delivery support.

I’ve led the design and execution of Algorand’s Startups & Builders programs, supporting early-stage web3 teams across product, technical, and business strategy. I delivered live sessions for 250+ founders and helped evaluate and support teams selected for funding and 1:1 mentorship.

I serve as a key interface between internal teams and external founders, aligning stakeholders across product, technical, and delivery goals. I also shaped program improvements focused on stronger founder accountability and ecosystem impact, including milestone-based funding, product and UX support, and a more execution-oriented structure.

Previously, as a Product & Delivery Manager at CoinFabrik, I managed 13 blockchain projects and led cross-functional teams of 10+ professionals spanning software engineering, research, design, and security auditing. I owned product definition, roadmap, and backlog prioritization, acted as the primary client interface for scope/timelines/deliverables, and led Scout Audit from concept to launch—creating an open-source tool adopted to improve smart contract security execution.

Earlier, as a Product Manager at Alquilando.com and Diungo, I took products from PoC to launch and growth, including delivering the full project lifecycle across Argentina, Colombia, and Peru and contributing to a Series A funding round in 2021. I’ve worked in Agile/Scrum environments, translating complex requirements into actionable plans while strengthening delivery through UX design, risk management, KPI tracking, SLA ownership, and data-driven decision making.
