I’m a franchise operations consultant with 15+ years coaching and consulting franchise owners across QSR, financial services, and education brands. I build business reviews, corrective action plans, and enterprise rollouts that business owners actually adopt.

In my current Operating Systems Manager role (formerly Franchise Business Consultant) with Baskin-Robbins USA / Inspire Brands, I coach a multi-unit franchisee territory through quarterly business reviews, tying operational gaps to same store sales and profitability. I built and rolled out a guest experience model that franchisees adopted to raise consistency at the counter, and I developed an inventory management tool to improve cost control and waste visibility.

I restructure and strengthen the systems behind execution—like improving how franchisee feedback reaches corporate operations through a district advisory council process. I also lead franchisee readiness and execution for national initiatives, including the Stranger Things product launch, partnering with training, marketing, and operations to translate enterprise initiatives into store-level execution.

Before that, I served as a Senior Franchise Business Consultant for Huntington Learning Center, advising on enrollment growth, staffing, and program delivery standards, and creating corrective action plans for underperforming centers. I also consulted franchise office owners at H&R Block and coached multi-unit franchisees at Subway on brand standards, food safety compliance, and guest experience execution, using data-driven insights from site visits to deliver strategic guidance in business plans. I’m bilingual in English and Spanish, and I bring cross-functional collaboration and public speaking facilitation to every engagement.
