I also complete health risk assessments and work with case management and clinical teams on members’ needs. My work includes supporting members with Medicare, Medi-Cal, Medicaid, and dual plan benefits.
At Antelope Valley Hospital, I work as an Emergency Department Secretary Preceptor II, supporting patient transfers, records, and care coordination. I prepare and deliver yearly education, assist new employees, and support staff during new system integration.
As an Emergency Department Technician at Antelope Valley Hospital, I perform EKGs, document care, provide wound care, and assist with resuscitation and emergency airway procedures.
