As a Customer Service Representative for National Grid, I handled incoming calls for service set/disconnects, balance payment assistance, and emergency gas/electric calls—strengthening my communication, data entry, and patient-focused mindset. I bring EKG and CPR certifications, certified phlebotomy technician credentials, and New York State protocol knowledge for disinfecting/sanitization.
