Kaylee Countiss

I’ve worked across multiple clinics and care settings providing patient intake, vitals, EKGs, phlebotomy, and EMR-based documentation. At World Choice Investments, I led shifts, trained new hires, and handled medical care during emergencies for guests.

In urology and specialty practices, I assisted physicians with procedures including vasectomies, biopsies, sutures, scopes, and Botox injections. I’ve also supported clinical workflows like Urinalysis, catheterizations, voiding trials, PTNS treatments, cancer treatment-related tasks, and administering medications.

In primary care and other departments, I performed daily responsibilities such as EKGs, physicals, lab procedures, insurance verification, HIPAA compliance, injections, and small invasive procedures. I also handled patient case phone calls and helped inform patients of lab results and next steps.

Right now, I’m focused on building deeper healthcare experience while staying current with CPR/BLS and continuing education for my NHA Certified Clinical Medical Assistant credential.
