What I'm looking for

I seek a hands-on IT administration role focused on cloud infrastructure and security, with opportunities to streamline processes, document systems, and support large user bases in a collaborative, compliance-focused team.

I am an IT administrator with hands-on experience delivering support, cloud infrastructure and IT security for enterprise environments.

In recent roles I provided helpdesk, hardware and software support for organizations with up to 50,000 users, developed and maintained insurance-focused applications, and managed servers, databases and applications. I also created documentation and drove process digitalization to improve operational efficiency.
