Erdem Akbasak

I've managed online shops, marketed products, and created product images at IBB Wildeshausen during my training as a Kaufmann im E-Commerce.

My e-commerce work included managing social media channels, designing and programming forms with InDesign, digitising manuals and guides, and handling customer and support enquiries by phone. I work with Shopify, WooCommerce, Photoshop, CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and email-management tools.

At Getaline GmbH and Rhenus People!, I processed prescriptions, receipts, invoices, vehicle applications, and cancellations while handling inbound calls, emails, and general office tasks.

I've also supported refugees for the City of Wildeshausen through care, interpreting, sensitive-data analysis, administration, and help with housing. My earlier experience in education, animal care, and security has strengthened my communication, organisation, and responsible approach to people.
