What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead HR operations, onboarding, transformation, and automation initiatives that strengthen employee experience, improve service delivery, and support global teams.

At PwC Acceleration Center Manila, I lead a Human Capital Onboarding team delivering seamless onboarding for 1,000+ new hires annually across the US, Mexico, Malaysia, India, and the Philippines.

I manage 4–5 team members, develop onboarding KPIs, coach the team, and build SOPs, training materials, and strategies that improve service delivery and employee experience.

I use Workday, ServiceNow, RPA, and Power Automate to streamline HR processes, while leading ISO and internal audit readiness. Earlier, I supported employee lifecycle operations and worked as an HR Officer across recruitment, payroll, benefits, employee relations, and engagement.
