What I'm looking for

I am looking for a fully remote role as a project coordinator, virtual assistant, or executive assistant for a company in Tech, FinTech, HealthTech, or a Start-Up looking for assistance with a short term project or longer administrative operations support. The role must be open to working with a remote employee in the Central Daylight Time zone.

My background includes supporting the CFO and Deputy CFO at Berkeley Lab, the Executive Director of the Energy Storage Center, and leaders at BioMarin and UCSF. I’ve handled complex calendars, confidential requests, event planning, travel, and administrative rollouts, including training staff on a new electronic medical records system.
