What I'm looking for

I am looking for a customer or technical support role in a remote or flexible environment, preferably part-time. I want to use my communication and problem-solving skills, work with international customers, and contribute to high-quality service. I value continuous learning, technology, and autonomous yet collaborative work.

I have over seven and a half years of experience as a multilingual Help Desk Specialist, providing customer and technical support in Italian, English, and Spanish. Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in both IT support and customer communication, working daily with international users in fast-paced and high-pressure environments.

I am experienced in handling high volumes of tickets, managing complex or difficult customer situations, and maintaining high service quality standards. I am known for being reliable, adaptable, and quick to learn new tools and processes, as well as for my ability to multitask effectively while staying focused and calm under pressure.

I enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and finding clear and practical solutions. I have a strong interest in technology, AI, and digital tools, as well as in languages, cultures, and online research. I am motivated by continuous learning and I value flexible, remote work environments that allow me to stay productive and focused.

I am currently seeking remote or flexible customer support or technical support roles, preferably part-time, where I can apply my experience, communication skills, and customer-oriented mindset while continuing to grow professionally.
