I am an IT specialist with extensive experience providing Windows-based support and managing help-desk operations; I currently lead IT support and Help Desk activities for Italy and South EMEA, ensuring timely ticket resolution and high user satisfaction.

I have deep hands-on skills with Windows, Office365, Active Directory, SCCM, Intune, Azure and VMWare, and I use Cherwell and ServiceNow for remote assistance and ticketing to organize and track support requests systematically.

Previously I worked as an IT/ICT consultant and logistics manager, delivering user training, selecting suppliers and technologies, and handling installation and after-sales support for security systems, networks and structured cabling while supervising inventory and asset management.

I hold cybersecurity and networking certifications, complete continuing IT helpdesk and AI Copilot training, and speak English (C1) and Italian (C2); I bring a pragmatic, problem-solving approach focused on improving response times and strengthening infrastructure security.
