What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can solve complex technical customer issues, apply consultative sales skills, and continue growing in digital infrastructure, server administration, or web development.

I've supported customers across Marriott Vacation Club, TTEC, Foundever, and Tech Mahindra, combining consultative travel sales with detailed telecommunications troubleshooting.

At TTEC, I delivered advanced remote support for satellite TV systems, including receivers, Tailgater dishes, signal alignment, software updates, and service recovery. I was promoted to Advanced Technical Support in a shortened timeframe and ranked in the top 5 of the department for technical accuracy and first-call resolution.

Alongside customer-facing operations, I work as a freelancer supporting English learning programs and client communication. I also bring hands-on experience in game server management, custom PC architecture, WordPress, Elementor, fiber and ISP networking, and technical ticketing systems.
