For 4+ years I've owned B2B workstreams end-to-end in travel-tech and aviation. As an Agency Support Advisor on the Pegasus Airlines account (via Concentrix), I act as the technical bridge between B2B travel agency partners and back-office/IT teams: investigating GDS and booking-system issues, coordinating cross-team resolution, and managing cases end-to-end in Salesforce — in English and Turkish, with aviation compliance (IATA/SHGM) intact.
My English Language & Literature background lets me do what many operators can't: translate between client language, product reality, and technical constraints — calmly, clearly, and in writing.
What sets me apart is that I build with the tools I support. I run my own self-hosted infrastructure (Hetzner VPS, Docker, Coolify), automate workflows with n8n, and use AI daily and practically — to investigate faster, structure context, and standardize repeatable work. I even built my own playbook and text-expansion system for recurring case types at work.
