At the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), I coordinated research inputs across four UN entities and analyzed survey data for a professional development program. I also synthesized 204 findings across eight country programs and developed 88 recommendations for senior management.
At ChariTurnt Initiative, I founded and ran programs for underserved young people, including a literacy project for teenage boys in the juvenile justice system. I built the organization’s records and reporting from the ground up, held budget responsibility, and supervised staff and volunteers.
At the U.S. Department of Labor, I co-authored a policy report on child labor, trafficking and forced criminality across five countries. At American University, I taught graduate statistics and research methods, helping students work with research design, regression, data cleaning and interpretation in R and SPSS.
