At Technical Consulting and Research, I designed survey instruments and assessments to evaluate program effectiveness, researched ways to improve learning and engagement, and wrote reports. My graduate research at Washington State University included literature reviews, interviews, survey work with Qualtrics, and data analysis.
My work has also included telephone survey interviews, grant research and proposal writing, and evaluation surveys at the Ministry of Interior and Coordination. As a Senior Probation Officer/Community Service officer, I conducted assessments and developed supervision plans; I also contributed to empowerment programs that transformed over 200 young people and children.
