I’m a diverse, patient-oriented health care professional with hands-on experience in customer care, real estate services, and administrative operations. I facilitate property transactions and coordinate medical service procurement (including flights and accommodation) for offshore clients, thriving in fast-paced settings that demand keen attention to detail.
In my current role as a Client Services & Operations Assistant, I engage with clients during multiple stages of service delivery and ensure excellent pre and post service engagements. I handle client data management across communications, feedback, and inquiries, and I perform a quasi front desk/concierge role—assisting with on-boarding procedures, training, and guiding clients to use services offered.

I promote sales by advertising listings, managing inquiries, coordinating viewings, counseling customers during closing negotiations, and maintaining customer trust through consistent follow-up communication.
