At BOMA Project’s Changing Lives Project, I conduct online and field research that supports business development, verify participant information, and maintain accurate confidential records.

I prepare reports, documentation, and progress updates while communicating professionally with entrepreneurs, partners, and other stakeholders. I also provide business advisory services, monitor client progress, and organize administrative operations.

Previously at BOMA Project, I mentored more than 200 entrepreneurs and collected, analyzed, and documented business performance information for monitoring reports.

My earlier work with Lutheran World Federation strengthened my experience preparing reports, managing official records and correspondence, and handling documentation with confidentiality. I bring more than five years of experience across administrative support, research, data collection, information verification, and report preparation.
