I'm looking to transition from my internship into a permanent banking role where I can support customer service, accurate operations, compliance, and data-driven decision-making while continuing to grow professionally.

I'm supporting customer inquiries, account requests, teller activities, documentation, and daily branch operations at Caritas Microfinance Bank while maintaining accuracy and compliance with banking procedures.

I've also monitored polio vaccine inventory at Ruai Community Health Center, managed M-Pesa transactions with zero reconciliation errors at Michro TechyAfrica, and digitized health records as a data entry clerk.
